Caught in the Act

Science tells us that kindness is contagious! Research shows that kindness spreads and improves the lives of people and communities. These acts of kindness can change the world.

We want to recognize the youth in our community carrying out these acts of kindness. Each month of the school year, we will present the “be kind.—Caught In The Act” award to students at each school in the Chambersburg area. Students can be nominated by   teachers, peers, coaches, community members, etc for doing intentional acts of kindness in the school or community at large. Students receive a certificate and prize package. A celebration for all students will take place at the end of the school year.

Monthly nominations must be submitted by the first Tuesday of the following month (For example, to nominate a student for an act of kindness performed in September, the form must be submitted by the first Tuesday in October).
